FSM DSO (Complete Request) UI Technical Documentation:

The Desludging Operators or DSOs are responsible for initiating and completing action on the citizen requests for desludging services. The requests are routed to the respective DSOs by the ULB officials. The DSOs update the application status once the services are delivered and payments collected.‌

 

DSOs can -

 

  • Assign vehicles for desludging services

  • Decline service requests

  • Complete service requests

For Complete Request work flow

Step 1 Login DSO

Step 2 - Go to Inbox to view list of service requests and review requests to initiate necessary action

 

Step 3 - Select Application with DSO Inprogress status for complete request action

Step 4 - Click on Take Action button and then select complete request for complete request action.

Step 5 - After Clicking on complete request option, form will appear with pre-filled data in pop up window where DSO can edit data, if needed.

 

Note:- Volume of Waste Collected, property type, property sub-type and pit type is defaulted to selected options. DSO can also upload pit photo (max 3), if needed.

 

Step 6 - Completed request once service is delivered
