Workflow 2.0 focuses on improving the usability of the product through the user interface and experience enhancements (UI & UX). This release is also focused on improving the efficiency of the workflow process by introducing a feature called send back the application to the citizen.

WorkflowSend Back Application to Citizen

Employees will now be able to send back the application to a citizen without having to reject it. After eliminating the discrepancies citizen will be able to re-apply and it goes back to the employee who has sent back the application.  This will help the citizen to re-submit the same application and saves time in processing for a new application. This will help employees to save time in processing duplicate applications that were rejected due to discrepancies.

WorkflowMobile-First Design of inboxThis version is designed with a mobile-first principle and has better usability on a mobile app than the previous version.
WorkflowModified information in the workflow inbox The employee will now be able to see more relevant information after landing into inbox such as type of application, locality associated with the application, current assignee, SLA, etc. 
WorkflowQuick ActionsProvided Quick Action Button on the employee landing page to take up the desired task. Quick actions will be populated in the dropdown based on the employee's role.
WorkflowEmployee task list Dashboard

Enhanced Dashboards in employee inbox which are clickable. Filters will be applied to the tasks displayed in the inbox. This will be helpful for employees to manage the worklist effectively based on SLA.
