Accomplishments Of The Week

  • Monthly review of Communications and Content completed, with plan towards a deep-dive on prioritization of documents to be transformed and attend to business-as-usual release-wise documentation releases based on Product team plan.

TechDoc

  1. Updation of the user manual for Citizen Activities in BPA - Rupam (Click: BPA User Manual - No Objection Certificate)
  2. Updated User Manual for Administrator Activities in HRMS -Rupam (Click: HRMS User Manual - Administrator Activities)
  3. Org-wide weekly eSankalan newsletter published - Rupam, Mrinalika, Sita
  4. One Grammarly premium license received for Content Team - Sita
  5. Planning and templatization of priority documents in eSankalan - All team members

Knowledge Share, R&D

  1. Concluded POC for PDF exports using CSS in eSankalan - Mrinalika (Click: pdflayoutconfig) ( Click : pdfstyleconfig-CSS).
  2. Evaluated the utility of Scroll PDF Plugin in eSankalan.  Mrinalika
  3. Created initial draft for a template for User Manual - Citizen. Mrinalika ( Click: UserManualTemplate-Citizens)
  4. POC for eGov Glossary is WIP, the intent is to roll out internally and build phrases/descriptions, for a national release eventually  - Rupam, Sunita, Sita

Marketing

  1.  Update to email database with new contacts - Sita
