The user manual provides a step-by-step guide to raise an application for emptying of septic tank/pit (Desludging application) and make the payment for the requested services. The manual also illustrates how citizens can track their application status. 

The illustrations, annotations and comments in this document intend to provide training support to module users. This user guide has been prepared to take a default workflow use case which may vary according to the state’s requirement.

The terms Desludging and Emptying of septic tank/pit are used interchangeably in this document which points to the same action.
