  1. Story planning and ownership of stories by PMs → Use weekly meetings optimally

  2. Planning and Collaboration

    1. Dependencies need to be clear so that task planning becomes simpler → Standup and Weekly meetings

  3. Mention blockers in the standup meeting so that we can get team’s input in due time
