What went well:

• Review on automation test cases and with engineering team (multiple demos and feedback collection), Knowledge Transfer for past and near future - Ajit

• Firebox items got done but disrupted original plans – Anjoo

• Discussions around IFIX going well – Satish

What could be improved:

• Get clarity on tasks when receiving handover

• Get buy-in from other teams at planning stage (roadmap, features, at different levels of abstraction etc) – Jojo

• Collating ontology standards, could have given more time to planning (quarter) - Ajit

• UX Audit comes around the release time causing last-moment work pushing the release date – Antriksh

  • QA Signoff/UAT Pre-plan UX Audit Date (At least 1 week before) - Owned by PM with engineering team

• Not able to explore anything new (work/task-oriented) – Harry

  • Planning hard stop on work

• Collaboration between teams – Harry, Anjoo

• Internal product demos
