1. KOZHIKODE-1092 Fixed compound fee calculation issue for the regularized application as per KMBR 2019

2. KOZHIKODE-1105 Fixed issue extracting dimension value with font name when defined in well distances, If font name mentioned in dimension then system extracting wrong value

3. KOZHIKODE-1106 Fixed the permit fee calculation for the addition/alteration/extension service as per KMBR 2019 and manually updated the demand for the applications that are approved without permit fee calculated.

4. KOZHIKODE-1107 Fixed issue Plot Road widening section decimal values
   not accepting

5. KOZHIKODE-1098 corrected the rear yard opening text extract in
   the plan information
